| The
Kredietbank took the decision to take on a second office complex in the
area immediately surrounding its new central head office on the avenue du
Port in Brussels. This project represents a total investment amount of 2.5
billion francs. The building has six floors and a total gross surface area
of approximately 23,500 m² with two sub-levels.
The building is one of Brustar One’s key projects. The latter is a subsidiary of Eurobalken S.A. and entrusted the architectural work for the project to the Atelier d’Art Urbain. The design engineering work was entrusted to TCA. The building will house a new trading room of some 2,000 m² with an adjoining IT room. Investor : KREDIETBANK and BRUSTAR ONE |

| The
architects for this project endeavoured to come up with a contemporary
building that would fit nicely into the historical architecture of the
area and, of course, match the surrounding private houses.
The co-ownership of this property (Royale Belge and Commercial Union Property) is respected thanks to the symmetry of the building which offers perfect division of the office space. The cost of the work amounts to roughly BEF 650 million (EUR 16,113,079). |
