| This is a pair of buildings of 13 floors each with a common seamless core as designed by Michel Jaspers for CDP, a Burco associate. The stability studies for these buildings were carried out thanks to a temporary partnership with Verdeyen & Moenaert. |

| This
vast office complex, a project developed by the CDP group and Codic and
designed by the architect Michel Jaspers, makes use of an area of 40,933 m˛
by means of three towers of seven floors each. The complex is located in
the Brussels ‘quartier nord’ and houses the Education, Art and
Agriculture departments of the Flemish Community. The calculations and
design were provided by TCA in a temporary partnership with the VFD-FUGRO
design engineering bureau which, for its part, drew up the frame
reinforcement plans.
