The Espace Kennedy, a project designed by the Groupe Tetra Architects/Urban Planners of Luxembourg, comprises 4 different buildings, 2 of which are located on the avenue John F. Kennedy, and 2 of which face onto the rue Steichen. The first 2 blocks (ground + 6) each offer approximately 14,000 m² of office space within the superstructure, while the 2 others (ground + 5) cover almost 10,000 m². An underground garage is also available which can take up to 272 cars. The two first buildings have elevated flooring with air conditioning.
